Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us during regular business hours no less than 24 hours in advance to guarantee a refund. Any same day or no-show appointments cannot be guaranteed a full refund. Clients late to their booking will not necessarily be given any extra time at the end of their booking to compensate for missed time, nor will a refund be guaranteed for missed hours.
